02Description of Service
- 91typing.com provides online typing tests, keyboard tutorials (in English and Hindi), typing games, exam and mock simulations, performance analytics, and certificates.
- A free tier is available to everyone. Some features — such as all test durations, full lessons, advanced analytics, certificates, and games — are part of our paid Premium subscription.
- We may add, remove, or modify features at any time without prior notice.
03Subscriptions & Billing
- Premium is offered as a prepaid subscription across several durations (for example weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly). Prices are shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, net-banking, or UPI credentials.
- Premium is non-auto-renewing — your access ends when the plan expires and your account reverts to the Free tier. You may purchase or extend a plan at any time; remaining days are honoured when you extend.
- Applicable taxes, coupon discounts, and referral discounts are calculated and shown at checkout.
04Refunds
- Premium plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact priya.vinay3092@gmail.com within 7 days for a full refund.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window are at our discretion and may be declined.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay and may take a few business days to reflect.
05Referral Program
- Through our Refer & Earn program you can earn a percentage of the Premium plan value purchased by users you refer. The current rate and minimum payout threshold are shown on the Refer & Earn page.
- Earnings are credited only on genuine, completed purchases. Self-referrals, fake accounts, fraudulent transactions, or any attempt to game the program will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes due on amounts you earn.
- We may adjust referral rates, thresholds, or program terms at any time; changes apply to earnings generated after the change.
06User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it if it changes.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
07Acceptable Use
- You may use 91typing.com for personal, educational, or professional skill development.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service in ways that harm performance for other users.
- You may not use the service to generate false or misleading certificates by any automated means.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or other users' accounts.
08Certificates & Results
- Certificates generated by 91typing.com reflect the typing performance recorded during a specific test session.
- Certificates are intended for personal use and informal demonstration of skill. They are not accredited by any government or professional body.
- We do not guarantee that any employer, institution, or authority will accept a 91typing.com certificate.
- Attempting to falsify or manipulate test results to obtain a fraudulent certificate is strictly prohibited.
09Intellectual Property
- All content on 91typing.com — including the typing engine, design, lesson content, and code — is owned by 91typing.com or its licensors.
- Typing passages are used for educational purposes. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us.
- You may share your result screenshots and certificates on social media, attributing them to 91typing.com.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
- 91typing.com is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.
- We are not responsible for any loss of typing data due to browser storage clearing, device changes, or service interruptions.
11Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, 91typing.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
12Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
